COSMETIC DENTISTRY

How we smile and how often has an effect on our confidence and on our disposition. Going through life without a genuine and happy smile can affect your personal and professional livelihood.

Cosmetic dental procedures can improve your smile, reverse perception of aging, restore your confidence, and in many cases, improve your oral health.

There are several procedures within the category of cosmetic dentistry including:

  • Bonding – a process used to fill gaps, reshape teeth, fill small cavities, or to alter the color or shape of a tooth. It is often used to close spaces between teeth and to repair chipped teeth.

  • Bleaching – a method of whitening teeth or removing stains.

  • Veneers – porcelain veneers to improve the look of chipped, discolored, misshapen, or crooked teeth. They are custom created by impressions of your teeth and are cemented to the surface. They last longer than bonding material.

  • Reshaping and Contouring – reshaping your teeth can involve either contouring to change the length or position of your teeth or elongating short teeth with bonding material or veneers. Reshaping and contouring can also correct teeth that overlap. These procedures can often be done in one visit and often include bonding.

Consult with our dentists and take steps to beautify your smile.
